We will NOT Ship Orders Over A $200 Value To PO Box Locations

We do NOT offer free shipping for orders shipping outside the 48 States

Any orders requiring shipping outside of the 48 US States,
will require shipping to be paid BEFORE your order ships.

We ship all orders in plain, un-marked packaging for added security and privacy. For security reasons, we will ship your order ONLY to the shipping address you have on file AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. If you wish for your order to be shipped to a different address, such as when purchasing a gift, you MUST enter the correct shipping address into the "Ship To" field when placing your order. You may have UP TO 5 (Five) different shipping addresses on file in your account at any given time, be certain to select the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.


ORDERS REQUIRING SIGNATURE SERVICES:
Orders over $200 value will require signature delivery. These orders will REQUIRE a STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID for acceptance of delivery. The US Postal Service will not accept any other Photo ID for delivery acceptance. Orders over $300 in value, will be shipped "restricted delivery" so that the ONLY person able to sign for the delivery, will be the person whose name is on the billing statement.

REPLACEMENT ORDER POLICIES:

PROVIDING THE ADDRESS WE SHIP YOUR ORDER TO IS CORRECT AS YOU HAVE IT ENTERED, WE ARE NOT FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR RE-SHIPPING ORDERS THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED TO US AS "UNCLAIMED" AS A RESULT OF YOU BEING UNABLE TO BE HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

To have a replacement order re-shipped, the cost of shipping will be due PRIOR to the order being shipped a second time. ALL re-placement orders will REQUIRE upgraded shipping services to "Certified USPS Mail w/ Tracking & Signature Delivery".

If your order is lost in transit, our policy is to open a "Lost Item Complaint" with the US Post Office BEFORE we will replace your order and ship the replacement. You must first allow for the allotted time of transit to pass as shown above ^, BEFORE we will open a "Lost Item Claim" with the US Post Office.

After your complaint is opened, the US Post Office requires a 48 hour waiting period while they investigate the issue, and attempt to locate your package. After 48 hours, the post office will contact us (or you, f you open the complain)and provide us with an update on their ability to locate your order.

IF you order was successfully located, and they begin the transit procedures on your package, there will NOT be a replacement order shipped to you, and you will be required to wait for the original package to be delivered to your chosen shipping address.

If your order was NOT successfully located by the US Post Office, we will begin processing of your replacement order within 24 BUSINESS HOURS (NOT including Holidays & Weekends). Your replacement order will be upgraded to priority processing, and will move to the "Urgent" processing time, in front of all other orders. HOWEVER, all standard processing and shipping times will be followed. This process will NOT move any faster, as it is the same procedures and processes either way. ADDITIONALLY, your shipping times will still be subject to all regularly posted shipping times, as controlled by the US Postal Service.

You may always choose to elect for upgraded shipping services at your expense. This will decrease the amount of time it takes for your package to be delivered to you, and ultimately speed up the shipping time.




RETURNS / REFUNDS:


Registration, Document, Paper Goods & Related Items:
Items such as pedigree registrations, show entry fees, temp tags, certificates, and other related items, are not eligible for a refund or for returns for any reason. All sales of these items are considered final.


Pet Supplies Such As Food Bowls, Leashes & Related Items :
Any item food, or water serving related item that appear to have been used, shall not be eligible for a return/refund. Items such as leashes, collars, harnesses, animal clothing and other related items are eligible for a refund, providing they are in NEW condition, and do not show signs of heavy use.

ANY ITEM THAT SHALL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/REFUND is subject to a NON-Negotiable restocking fee of NO LESS THAN 25% of the original purchase price. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount when your refund is calculated and submitted. ALL refunds shall be applied back to the payment method the payment originated from.

EXAMPLE: If you pay using a credit/debit card, your refund can ONLY be applied back to that card, and can not under any circumstance be issued in any other manner.
